Physical Education Teacher
I attended Cape Central High School and graduated in 2009. I then went to college at Southeast Missouri State University where I majored in Physical Education. I graduated from SEMO in December 2014.
I have a Bachelors of Science in Education Degree, which is a part of the Physical Education Degree. I have been certified in CPR for the past 10 years. Currently, deciding what I want to get my Masters Degree in.
I have been to many of the Missouri Physical Education Conferences that are held at the Lake of the Ozarks.
This will be my first year not only at Lee Hunter Elementary but also Sikestion R-6 School District. I’m the current Physical Education teacher at Lee Hunter.
After I graduated from SEMO in December 2014, I went to work for Cape Central Junior HIgh School as a teacher’s assistant. I worked there for one semester. Then in August 2015 I went to work for Jackson High School as a Paraprofessional. I was also the Boys and Girls Head Swim Coach.
I have a great family that I love and care about very much! I also have four fur babies! I have three dogs Ali, Callie, and Bailey, and a cat named Patches.
When I am not teaching I love to be at the Lake or on the beach! I also have a passion for hiking. This summer I went to Arizona and California where I got to hike many mountains and the Grand Cayon. I love being outdoors and I love sunshine!!
